Contact our customer service team via email or phone to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping your item back.

Pack Your Gear

Carefully repackage your item in its original shipping carton with all original packaging materials, manuals, and accessories included.

Ship It Back

Clearly write your RMA number on the outer shipping label and send the package to our designated returns warehouse using a trackable shipping method.

Inspection and Refund

Once our technicians inspect the returned item to ensure it is in original condition, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
